I have done few posts last week, reason is that I was working on this big one ! I check thousand of movies posters presented at www.impawards.com... thousands ! Here come a selection of 95 recent movie posters. As for the 1st selection & 2nd selection (already dated of 2009!), I select posters that are differents, in a way or an other; or which reflect well the movie (which is sometimes not the case, you must admit)... Most of them are really detailsed, with nice textures work, so deserve to be seen in higher resolution... just click each image to get a bigger size version... London pleasure Gardens by filthymedia

Filthy Media create this unusual identity... They explains : London Pleasure Gardens (LPG), the major new 20 acre site is opening its doors for the very first time on Saturday 30th June 2012 in the heart of Olympic East London. The colossal project has transformed this forgotten stretch of wasteland into a bonafide wonderland, ready to host a plethora of innovative, world-class art and culture events. Having received the commission to develop a branding package for LPG, our initial research looked at the pleasure gardens that existed in London between the 17th and 19th Centuries. These were communal spaces where people from all walks of life converged to listen to music, admire paintings, stroll and drink. Working closely with LPG creative director Hugo Toland, we selected a palette of typography and imagery from this period that reflected the ornate and overly-embellished style of the time. We then contrasted the old with the new, bringing in neon signage for the word ?Pleasure? and setting the logo in front of the London skyline. The branding package includes the logo in dressed, header and stamp variations, website design and a palette of extended illustrations to be used throughout core branding and marketing. |

I get the samples of my first products made in Bali... I would love to show them but I prefer to wait... production time will took around 3 more weeks, and then they will took the boat for another 1 month... So, I hope to have them at the end of july, early august... |

Super Furry new logos

| I can't believe I only have 10 days left in Bali before coming back to France... For a lot of people, 10 days in Bali is already something, for me it is too short... I have start a lot of things it, will show you first prototypes and drafts tomorrow I guess... And have so much to do before leaving... What scares me is coming back to a normal life ;) But do I have a normal life ? What is a normal life ? Ok, sorry, too much dragon fruits this morning... Ok, Super furry new logos are as always... wow ! |
